dude thats awesome!! when i get a bike im going to try and convince my brother to build a track. hes got 10 acres as well. and about 1/4 of it is off behind the rest of the huge ass yard, in its own little treed off area. so its perfect. hes renting it out to a farmer right now since he doesnt use it, but once i get a bike im going to change his mind.

side note...... got me a new trailer tonight. it can hold 3 quads and a bike. now if i can only find a place to practice backing up without running into shit.........

best way to practice backing up is to practice going around sharp corners.

once you can do that stuff, the rest is super easy.
and some people are naturally good at it, and some just suck no matter how much practice you give them. im mostly referring to women when i say that..... jk......

good price? well it depends on where you're looking, but we found the house and land for $189,000 just because it's out away from the city.

As for your trailer, it just takes practice man, and the longer the trailer the easier it is since it'll turn more slowly. I used to have an 8' trailer that would jack knife in heart beat, but when I worked in WY I had a monsterous trailer for my Snow Cat that had to be 20' long and it was easy as hell to back up and put exactly where I wanted it.

well a few months ago i talked my foreman into getting back into riding. so he went out and bought the can am outlander 1000. the camo one, i got to take it out today. damn that thing has some balls. tons of torque, that rotax motor is awesome, could power wheelie it no problem. 1st time out on it and i dont like to get to wild on other peoples bikes epecially never riding an outlander b4 but i did do some wheelies and got up over 60 mph. very fast but the suspension is very soft. would make a great slower trail bike or mud machine

Multiple things all adding up to be to much bullshit.

Terrible management, pay checks are always wrong, and the final straw, giving me no option in switching departments. Someone in a different department quit. Ok, so normally they would put out a job posting to see if anyone else in the building wants the job. Which I'm sure there are.

However, my supervisor is making me so it. He's been trying to get me to switch departments for months. I don't want to. It's a bit better pay, however their shift is wacky, and would cost me an extra $320 in gas money. So I would end up making less than I do now at the end of expenses. Plus it's a much harder job.

Now, all that is enough to make me want to quit. But, on top of that, try are only giving me 2 weeks (6 days) of training. Then I'm on my own. Not possible to learn all the shit I need to in 2 weeks. Even the guys training me thinks its insane. And to fully train someone would take months. Not weeks.

So, I've had enough of this stupid place. Not going to quit till I have another job lined up. But I'm definitely looking with both eyes wide open.

So, 75 hours a week. Lovely. I'm gonna be dead tired. But I'll make a shit load if money due to overtime pay.

Which, keep in mind overtime should be voluntary, correct? Well, apparently not for me. I have to do at minimum 4 days out of the 5. Which is 12 over a regular work week. I'm going to do all 5 just for the money, but it just gives me all that much more leverage if I decided to bitch to the union about all this shit.

It's an fx2/fx4 in the rcsb configuration. That's all it is. Not even close to what a lightning would be. But still awesome.

If they had it with the 5.0 I'd probably consider trading in the ranger for one. Now that I'm makin more money it would definitely be something to think about. But I don't want an ecocrap.

on powerblock tv i just saw they took a ranger and put in the 03/04 4.6 32 valve termi cobra engine, trans, and suspension in it. made just under 600 hp. the truck was awesome

The snap ring that holds it in place came out somehow. Which baffles me. As I was there when my buddy was punching it into its groove. It was in there solid.

Just got done riding. Or rather, the quad had enough.

I'm hoping its just low fuel. Which would baffle me since there's still a good 2" in the tank. Won't run when switched to reserve either. So either something's wrong or the hose to draw fuel in is damn high up the tank.

Sounds like something is up with the carb. Choke would make it run rich, so maybe it's getting starved for fuel when the choke is off. Why not pull the carb and give it a good cleaning? I bet that'd help you out.

Took my daughter out dirt biking today and dragged the Hero 3 along with me to take some pictures. Found a new angle that is pretty damn cool. I hooked the suction cup mount up to the side of the swingarm and hung the camera down below the footpeg. Here's a couple of screen captures for now:

im thinking possibly this. maybe something in the tank even. after riding around it gets tossed around and eventually blocks the fuel from gettin anywhere.

a friend of my dads had an issue with his truck a while back, would randomly die and not start. but after towing to dealer ran just fine.

turned out a bumble bee was in his tank (how, idk) but it got into the fuel pump inlet and swole up blocking fuel. after being towed it got jarred loose and thats why the dealer had no idea. could bee (see what i did there) a similiar situation.

HAH! I wish! I don't want to come across as the rich kid so forgive me if I did. Because I'm really not. I only make $13.00 an hour but during the summer I dump most of my money into my sled. The rest goes to repairs/gas in my 16 year old truck with 200,000 miles on it. During winter I get cut back to 20 hours a week (full time student) and have zero money to spare.

My sled is my life and it gets top priority. You know how some people get "seasonal depression" during the winter months? I'm the opposite. Summer sucks!

The one in that picture is from Toyskinz (http://toyskinz.com/utv/polaris). I can tell its very good quality too. The vinyl is super thick. We will see how it holds up over time but it feels like absoulute quality. Unless it just falls apart over the winter (which Im sure it won't) when its time for a new wrap this is who I will go with. Also, on this sled wrap they have given us more coverage than any other brand I've delt with. It has gone on super easy too, much easier than other brands. Their site says they are still working on designs for the XP but any design from the standard RZR can be put on the XP template.

Another company is ArcticFX. AKA RZRwraps.net (http://www.rzrwraps.net/shop/index.php?cPath=98&osCsid=a8c2951d31b71d85f951d894e3813f5e). These guys have a ton and quality is very good as well. I know for a fact these hold up very well and SBA can back me up with these guys. Though not quite as good as high quality as Toyskinz from what I can tell. They are still extremely tough

Haha trust me these sled wraps see some serious abuse. If they hold up on a sled they'll hold up on a RZR! The sleds are constantly being rolled over, sides scrape against the snow all day long, roost from other sleds on the trail, trees, your boots, blah blah blah. You'll love the wrap if you get one. Great way to personalize you ride for not a ton of money.
