RZR XP Exhaust
 

Any of you RZR guys have a preference on exhaust? This thing is just too damn quiet

I think any aftermarket exhaust will be louder.

Not sure on sxs's but on my quad the brand really does make a difference in terms of performance. some make more than others. Might be something to look into as well, besides just going for loud.

From the research I've done, apparently popo did a good job on the exhaust. Supposedly the best gain is from Muzzy, and it gets you between 1 and 2 HP. And it's over 1k where you can get a slip on, and be out the door for 200. I'm definitely doing some research. Just curious if there's one people seem to like a lot, like the Magnapack on FRF.

yeah polaris does a damn good job with their stuff. In that case, id say just screw it and go for sound haha. I know my quad the header pipe cannot be improved with aftermarket, but slip on i can gain 5 hp. 10-15 if i do airbox mod, with K&N and jetting of course.

but for your rzr, if the gains are small like that just get what sounds good. I do like the sound of the muzzy from what i can get on youtube. or barkers sound really good on the 800, cant find a good video of barkers on a 900

That's the hard problem. Not a ton of exhaust videos. Can find any exhaust system video you want for the Raptor, but not many good ones for the RZR

i love my barkers but its for an 800 not your 900. my RZR sounds like a harley

Full system or just a slip on? If it's a slip on, it may still fit. If not, I'll have to see if they have a 900 system. Wonder if there are any videos.

There's a few videos on YouTube. Seems pretty loud and different sounding. The Magnapack of RZR exhaust maybe? Gonna have to watch tomorrow on computer. Too hard to judge em on the phone.
