probably 7/16ths of an inch difference.

used a ratchet strap to pull em in and it takes a hell of a lot of pressure to do so.

Tremor is simply an fx2/fx4 in the rcsb configuration. It's not a lightning. Even has the FX in the gauge cluster. Yet so many dumb kids keep trying to convince me it's actually a lightning with a new name.

on powerblock tv i just saw they took a ranger and put in the 03/04 4.6 32 valve termi cobra engine, trans, and suspension in it. made just under 600 hp. the truck was awesome

The snap ring that holds it in place came out somehow. Which baffles me. As I was there when my buddy was punching it into its groove. It was in there solid.

Damn near tempted to sell my damn quad.

Just got done riding. Or rather, the quad had enough.

I'm hoping its just low fuel. Which would baffle me since there's still a good 2" in the tank. Won't run when switched to reserve either. So either something's wrong or the hose to draw fuel in is damn high up the tank.

well, topped it off with gas. same shit. so somethings not quite right. dunno what, at this point i dont even care. fuck it lol.

maybe get it fixed, and sell the fuckin thing and buy brand new a dirtbike.

It runs perfectly fine with the choke on, after a few failed starts. But any blip on the throttle or pushing in the choke and she dies.

Sounds like something is up with the carb. Choke would make it run rich, so maybe it's getting starved for fuel when the choke is off. Why not pull the carb and give it a good cleaning? I bet that'd help you out.

I may or may not do that. May not even touch the thing till next year. I'm begging for snow right now lol

it shouldn't take you too long really. I don't know how buried the carb is though.

Took my daughter out dirt biking today and dragged the Hero 3 along with me to take some pictures. Found a new angle that is pretty damn cool. I hooked the suction cup mount up to the side of the swingarm and hung the camera down below the footpeg. Here's a couple of screen captures for now:

well, it started and ran fine. weird.

didnt touch a damn thing. rode for a good 20 minutes. no problems.

i dunno. something cant be right though. will have to see if it does it again after riding for 2+ hours.

could be that god damn fucking ethanol lol, but i fill it with 91 all the time. which where i live contains no ethanol.

im thinking possibly this. maybe something in the tank even. after riding around it gets tossed around and eventually blocks the fuel from gettin anywhere.

a friend of my dads had an issue with his truck a while back, would randomly die and not start. but after towing to dealer ran just fine.

turned out a bumble bee was in his tank (how, idk) but it got into the fuel pump inlet and swole up blocking fuel. after being towed it got jarred loose and thats why the dealer had no idea. could bee (see what i did there) a similiar situation.

Does your quad have a fuel filter? I didn't think that most bikes/quads had those.

i honestly have no idea lol.

all i know is it has a motor and 4 wheels LOL
